g(Math)

Google Doc, Sheets & Forms Add-On
This will be an invaluable tool for any math class or math teacher. Now creating math digitally in a collaborative document has become slightly easier. Create graphs (including plotting points) and complex math directly in your Google Doc or Google Sheet. You can use these to create a Form!

Create graphs and complex math directly from the sidebar in your Google Doc, Sheet, or Form.

You can now use Speech to Math in Chrome to talk directly to g(Math) to create the expressions or use Handwriting recognition for expression entry! You can use LaTeX commands or the prebuilt codes to create complex math that is not possible using the built-in Equation Editor.

Some examples include Geometric signs, custom characters, and formulas (like the Quadratic formula). With the graph creator, you can type in functions and inequalities and it will create the graph associated with the functions and inequalities. You can also plot points in the same graph, find the line of best fit of those points, and specify a viewing window. As a new feature, you can select a table in a Doc and import the data into g(Math) to create a plot!

Sheets & Forms:
Having this math in a Google Sheet will allow you to create questions in a Google Form as well using the g(Math) Quick Quiz Creator and the QuizNinja for individualized, differentiated forms!!

Create graphs, statistical displays, multiple choice questions, and write complex math directly in your Form! Create graphs and complex math directly in the sidebar and insert them as Form items. You can also deploy a Form to allow responders to craft responses using g(Math) tools! The multiple choice builder will allow you to input items in a variety of ways, including by webCam and inserting images from Google Drive.

Draftback

Draftback lets you play back the revision history of any Google Doc you can edit. It's like going back in time to look over your own shoulder as you write.
Notes: - With Draftback, your data is kept entirely private. Draftback was purposely designed so that you could play back your own docs without having to share them with a third party. This is -your- data; Draftback just lets you see it in a new way.
- Draftback only needs access to docs.google.com to get the revision data for playback—but that data never leaves your own browser.
- New!: It's now possible to extract any part of a doc's playback and embed it on the web. (This, of course, makes that extract accessible to the public.)
When used in conjunction with Google Classroom it would enable you to see a student work on a document and their writing process. When used in group projects you would be able to see how much each students contributed to the document.
Below is a video detailing how to use Draftback with student writing.
